Monday: X-Training. 30 minutes arctrainer,30 minutes bike.
Tuesday: Yasso's. 800m's x 5 @11.2 (dreadmill) + 1 weight circuit
Wednesday: 9km

Could the yasso's be having an impact already?
This morning I comfortably banged out a 5.20pace and I wasn't even going downhill.

In case you missed it,there was an international flap created last week when China decided to pause in its persecution of Unionists (Communists my arse) and launch a missile into space,shooting out a weather station.

Now we have to walk around with saucepans,or something equally thick,like reality show contestants, on our heads to avoid being impaled by falling space junk.

I have spared no costs in stealing the exact same sound effects which lead to this momentous occassion in the history of Chinese launch-dom and bringing them here,for you,dear reader.
